I was in need of a get away and the rooftop rooms with their own private spa was just what i needed. Close to everything and has secure undercover parking. Ok so its not the newest place in town but was clean, tidy and a fully functioning apartment with all you needed. I'll be going back soon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We stayed for one night in unit 25. the staff were very rude. When we first arrived got cranky at us for being there at 4.30pm and interrupting their Sunday afternoon, we had been told to be there before 5pm. then whilst having a bath the next morning i burnt myself so severly that i received third degree burns to my leg and had to learn to re-walk. after letting staff know i still have not been contacted in regards to the incident.

Our welcome wasn't welcoming at all, possibly due to the fact that we arrived at 9pm. This was due to transfers from Brisbane, we had however been booked in for months so I would have suspected that they would be expecting us sometime that day. The unit was dirty. Very make shift for a 2 bedroom apartment, the single beds were very narrow. The pool area was probably the best feature and the fact it was close to town. For 2 couples it was too small.

Literally the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. The most unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming owners ever. The wife and husband owners even told us that they didn't care about us and wouldn't help us because we had booked via wotif and not directly through them. We spent 3hrs on the phone to wotif trying to get out of here after a dirty, dingy, worn out old room with no view, and actual abuse from the owners who from the get go were super unwelcoming and ended up having a full blown argument with us in front of our young son at 9pm at night which left my partner in tears with being spoken to so disgustingly. We simply cannot believe these people exist and are so rude and disrespectful to paying guests. All we wanted was a relaxing night away by the beach. I truly recommend no one stay here, please look at the nearby properties that actually look really lovely and quite posh, and save yourself the upset and waste of hard earned money that we have experienced.

Well appointed two bedroom apartment. It looked freshly painted and presented. Bed rooms had double beds in each. Walking distance up to beach and esplanade shops and cafes. Secure key access to the complex through various gates. Good quality and affordable for a quick weekend trip. Not a resort or hotel feel - more a holiday apartment complex.
