Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront and is comprised of 132 apartments and suites with hinterland, pool, river or ocean views. All apartments and suites are self-contained, with air conditioning, cable television and modern fittings. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Resort facilities include a gymnasium, outdoor spa, sauna, rooftop spa, barbecue entertaining area, games room, day spa and complimentary secure car parking.

Mooloolaba's relaxed family atmosphere has long been a popular holiday destination for Queenslanders and it is now emerging as the 'must visit' destination for the rest of Australia.

Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, which has won multiple awards for being Queensland's cleanest and friendliest. Waiting for you around the corner is Underwater World, which provides a thrilling entree to the world below the sea. The daily seal shows, along with the otter displays and the wondrous underwater tunnel, provide a fun day's entertainment for the whole family. Adjoining Underwater world is The Wharf where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and live entertainment, or just simply relax on the deck with a drink and watch the world go by. Mooloolaba is only a short drive to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo and the superb Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Landmark Resort is an hour's drive north of the Brisbane Airport, or a 20 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

The location is perfect and the reception staff were lovely but unfortunately they were the only positives for our stay at the Landmark Resort. I was extremely disappointed overall. The rooms were very small and not family friendly. Our standard sized portacot could not fit in the bedroom and so we had to set it up in the entryway where it was cold. I went to reception and told them about my problem and they were not able to offer a solution. The windows had poor coverings that did not block any light so we were all woken early by the sun on our holiday where we desperately wanted to sleep in. The room had a spa bath which I was so excited to use and paid extra to ensure the room had one, however I was disappointed to see the spa jets were full of black mould, along with other areas of the bathroom. I again spoke with reception about this and they sent a cleaner while we were out at the beach and when we returned the black mould was sadly all still there and I could not use the bath. I left written feedback with the hotel and thought perhaps I may get an apology for the issues during my stay but it appears they do not care. Please don’t waste your money. Stay anywhere else.nI don’t often write reviews and I’ve never written a negative one but I don’t want any other families to have this experience so I felt it was necessary.
My family and I had a wonderful Stay at landmark resort and spa. We’re able to experience all the wonders of Mooloolabba including all the impressive restaurants within walking distance. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Such a relaxing getaway. Thank you To the Landmark Team.
We were on our honeymoon , yes at 65 , and we had the most pleasant experience at the hotel. The super friendly service, Melissa just to name one , could not have been more helpfull by way of information and caring for our welfare.nThey are at the top level of customer service and should be congratulated for representing the company in such a fine manner. The facilities and location were amazing and we are already in the process of booking our next holiday..HIGHLY recommend..
Being a return customer to Landmark before I was looking forward to this trip. However, the quality of the room that we were allocated was sub-par on this occasion. The website states that the 2 bedroom units have been renovated, well not this one. I've stayed in 3 star places that were cleaner and better furnished for the money that we paid. I was disappointed in a general lack of cleanliness, dirt/marks on the toilet walls, black mould on the bedroom ceiling, water damage on bathroom doors and skirting boards, fridge leaking water and a musty and mouldy smell to the unit. Yes, the location is great and its handy for food and the beach, but I will be looking at other places to stay for future trips.
Really enjoyed the Landmark, great location and amazing staff.nFacilities are good and they have beach chairs and umbrella's available for you to take across the street to a lovely beach. Would love to come back for a longer stay next time we're in the area.
