Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront and is comprised of 132 apartments and suites with hinterland, pool, river or ocean views. All apartments and suites are self-contained, with air conditioning, cable television and modern fittings. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Resort facilities include a gymnasium, outdoor spa, sauna, rooftop spa, barbecue entertaining area, games room, day spa and complimentary secure car parking.

Mooloolaba's relaxed family atmosphere has long been a popular holiday destination for Queenslanders and it is now emerging as the 'must visit' destination for the rest of Australia.

Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, which has won multiple awards for being Queensland's cleanest and friendliest. Waiting for you around the corner is Underwater World, which provides a thrilling entree to the world below the sea. The daily seal shows, along with the otter displays and the wondrous underwater tunnel, provide a fun day's entertainment for the whole family. Adjoining Underwater world is The Wharf where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and live entertainment, or just simply relax on the deck with a drink and watch the world go by. Mooloolaba is only a short drive to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo and the superb Sunshine Coast hinterland.

Landmark Resort is an hour's drive north of the Brisbane Airport, or a 20 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Our family has been going to the Landmark annually for some time now. The rooms are consistently value for money and they are regularly upgraded. It's a friendly atmosphere and the staff are always good natured and helpful. And it's in the best possible location - right across from the beach, with easy access to first class restaurants and cafes.
Fantastic location right on the esplanade across from Mooloolaba beach. The room was a good size with good amenities - kitchenette, spa bath, good sized bathroom, microwave, fridge, etc. A lovely pool with awesome waterfalls and design - great for kids and adults alike. Rooftop spa to watch the sunset or have a bbq unfortunately the spa was cold though - only minor gripe. There is an onsite day spa but we didn’t use it, useful though for those who like self care. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It’s a great place to stay for location and view - loved it. The rooms were clean and comfortable.nWe were surprised that we only received 1 bath towel per person for 7 nights and 1 pool towel per person for the week. The unit was not serviced at all during the time we were there.
Superb position on Mooloolaba Beach. View of the river right around to the beach. Spacious and well equipped unit. Plenty of cafes and various restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely pool area and gym.nWe will be back.
When I booked the room, I was told it had a partial view. We were very lucky that it was a corner apartment and the view was great. Facilities were good with secure underground parking. Very convenient to shopping, beach, and the surf club. We'll be back!
