Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Our room on level seven had a view of the beach. We also noticed there was a rooftop common area with bbqs setup and table and chairs. To gain access to the rooftop area, just simply ask the front desk staff and they will book you in for a two hour window. The views from there are fantastic, you have a clear view of the the whole coast line. It's also save for children to be up on the roof as well.
We stayed here for 4 nights for our Reunion.nNice place if you love the ocean view.nThe food is good as is the entertainment.
Very happy with the Reception staff, professional and friendly service. We hadn't been happy with our room, so we asked for an exchange room, which was given to us on our request within 10min. Excellent service! The cleaning was not so good, we found toys under the sofa from the previous guests and also some biscuits under the sofa, lol. Would recommend to the cleaners a better look when cleaning the rooms. Swimming pools indoor and outdoor are superb! The gym little small but it's enough for the exercise. Highly recommend to go on Roof Top as the view is stunning! Otherwise, everything is handy, the beach, Coles supermarket, and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The staff are very kind and helpful. The issues I had with this stay way that there was construction on one of the floors above using hammer drills and I wasn't given any prewarning. I will say that they were respectful and kept the noise at a respectable hour. The other issues I had was that the bedroom was at the front of the unit and had a window too the front walkway. This meant having the blind down the whole time for privacy and that the sun in the morning and the hallway lights at night would come through the edges of the shade, so the room couldn't get very dark. Also meant that you could hear people walking by, opening/closing doors and using the lift.
An uncomfortable sleep.nnI’ve stayed here 3 times on a work trip due to the beachside location but each time it is the same.nn- There are no curtains in the bedroom, only venetian blinds. The sun streams in and wakes you up at 5am. The room needs blockout blinds/curtains.nn- The mattress is uncomfortable and very short. I’m 184cm and my legs hang over the end.nn- The bed is made with only a bottom and top sheet, no quilt/duvet. How is this a thing? There is a well used polyester blanket in the wardrobe if you want something warmer to cope with the cool aircon.nnAll the above add up to an uncomfortable stay.
