Michelle in sales was really good and helped us get the van we needed. The handover was great, Doug explained all and a bit more, then when we had a slight issue the day after we took delivery of the van, Grant went above and beyond coming to our site to fix the issue. We can definitely recommend the team at Caravan World.
What can I say....we.bought a van!!!!nKarl was friendly, relatable with various.food analogies lol. A very relaxed and easy experience.
Karl helped us choose the right van for us then gave us a great price to go with it thanks Mark & Lyndsey
Michelle was amazing , looked after our needs, everything was in top shape and clean. Thanks to all the staff, made us very comfortable, explained everything we needed to know and were all awesome
Whilst we are happy with most aspects of our caravan, the after sale service has been extremely poor. Lacking in follow up to warranty issues and incredibly hard to get any sort of satisfaction from phone conversations. Re. Generally no one to talk to and promised follow-up does not happen.
