The team here are brilliant,  I rarely write a review but this is deserved. I bought a new TV and an AV Receiver (within a few days of eachother) and was met with the same great service.  Narvin is a standout,  very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. As a first time customer to Videopro I will be returning again. Keep up the great work guys.

My wife and I went in  recently to look at headphones for myself and a Bluetooth speaker for my wife. The young man that served us was brilliant at his job, knowledgeable of the products that they stock as well as those of the competitors. We both walked out with what we wanted at a very good price. Very happy Chaps 👍🏼

Easy to deal with. Honest. Up front. Professional. Informative. Good at small talk and building rapport. These sales guys at this store are more professional than your jb s and Harvey's . U might get a better deal at those places but no where near the attention and service. These guys have a nice show room to test and check out gear before you buy without pressure to buy. They have a great culture.. if i walk in there in my unifirm they are very straight up with me but ive also walked in unanymously and they gave me the info I wanted love and attention knowing full well i wasn't committed just yet to purchase..  they had a store full of other people and they kept their attention with me for as long as I requested it. Which is what you want I think...if you're seriously researching and considering spending considerable money  ..i also secretly tested their honesty knowing the ins and outs of my options and they didnt just push the one with the highest margins  ..but seemed to be more concerned that i got the right fit for my individual needs and expressed budget. I work in the industry and regret giving a $15 k transaction to a competitor on the southern end of the coast and had nothing but hell with warranty and customer service. .. having used video pro helensvale half a dozen times.. I thought they deserved my 5 stars because I don't make the time to do such things even if a business does give 5 star treatment. Well done guys. See u again soon.
