We had lost an AC adapter and needed a replacement. Gary helped to answer all my questions when I rang up, and he was able to confirm that they had stock for the part that I needed.nDrove down there and yep in and out in five minutes. Purchased a Battery for my sons electric bike on the 16th, installed the battery and it doesn't hold charge so it's faulty, took it back to the shop today only to be told that they won't refund it, after stating that i didn't want a refund but a Battery that works i have been told that they will not swap it over as they can't confirm if i let the Battery run flat, even though it's been taken out of the box brand new, so after stating that they should test the batteries before selling them, they agreed with it however still won't swap it over, so i asked them what a cosumer is meant to do and that this has to have some sort of Warrenty only to be brushed off like that, and that comes after waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes in an empty whop while the manager of the shop a tall yound surfy looking dude was aimlessly walking around the store just ao he doesn't have to deal with the return after seeing me at the counter with a product i brought back, all in all wouldn't not waste my money or timeshopping there anymore and i hope i can save you sometimeand money as well with this review... now i am about to contact the ACCC to see what they have to say about this kind of customer support and after care
Had great experiences every time I’ve been in store but today Aiden helped myself and my partner with walking us through the battery backup supplies on offer, even after we decided to not get one he still assisted us with getting power banks. Absolute legend and a value to the business
I can not thank these guys enough, especially Wayne.nnPurchased an Anycubic Kobra S1 about 3 months ago. Started ok but turned into an absolute nightmare.nnMany many emails too and from Anycubic with the same old questions over and over I finally copied a reply back to AnyCubic to Jaycar.nnFollowing day, Wayne has, no questions asked, offered to resolve my issues on the spot. I took the Anycubic into the store, walked out with a much better printer.nnI was not expecting such service and was only hoping that as a dealer that Jaycar would give Anycubic a shove to do the right thing. Wrong, they simply fixed this on the spot.nnThanks guys, you have relieved a LOT of stress :
Great service. What we wanted hadn't been unpacked yet. So while we were waiting they quickly tried to unpack the order. They also phoned us when they unpacked more stock.nVery knowledgeable and helpful people. Will definitely be returningnThank you jaycar for great service
