Super happy with the service from Charles! After presenting him with a letter from HP to refund my horrible Spectre X2 - he ended up replacing it with a brand new MacBook Pro + accessories, warranty and insurance for only a small excess - what a champion! He was super friendly and answered the many questions I had, along with repeating himself many times due to my brain not comprehending 😂 My husband and I are so happy with his service and will look out for him next time we buy! Thanks Charles 👌🏻

They say they price match but wouldn't match digital world international's (DWI) price for a GoPro 6. They sales guy claimed that DWI buy grey products. This is from DWI's website "Operating just as an online retailer, we source our products straight from the manufactures/ suppliers across the globe which helps us to pass the profits to our customers by selling products at a competitive price by eliminating any middlemen fees." GoPro from JB HI FI $599 and from DWI $519 and comes with 1 year manufacturers warranty. Might just go and get one from there Brisbane shop. 😒

Customer service requires some major attention....I almost walked out and would have if it wasn't for convenience. Eating/drinking at the counter then turning your back on the customer and complaining to another staff mermber just because I asked a question is really stink. I will not be returning to this store.
