I bought a desk from here. It's very nice and still going strong. One of the staff members help my brother get it into the back of the tiny car we had (which took like 20 mins). He never complained and was super nice, even though it was super hot that day.

Went in as an out of towner and needed help with printing docs from iPhone. Fantastic help and support. Had to buy a few things and return - again super friendly service and helpful. Great crew.

It's very frustrating when you get told by a saleslady that the the price of the tablet you're interested in will not be changing as its an ongoing price and the very next day you look on the Officeworks website and the price has changed! Management need to ensure their staff are aware of these potential changes so that sales staff can pass this info onto customers!!!!

DON’T BUY a computer or tablet from here!!! I bought one, just opened it and it was faulty. Took it back and this very rude employee said “what did YOU do to it”. He then reset it to factory settings and sent me away. Tablet still did not work so I took it back. They said I could not get a refund and they sent it back to the company to fix. It took weeks to get in back in the shop. It still does not work so basically I just waisted my money. I will NEVER EVER buy from here again!!! If you want a computer or tablet please don’t get one here as this was such a bad experience.

Gotto say, best customer service we've received from a retailer in a long time. Pleasant people that greet you as you enter, and actually smile, several staff coming up to us and asking if we needed assistance. Bought a printer today and the shop assistant went out if his way to assist us. Thanks.
