No bikes parking, can’t even park a the entry of the shop anymore, provide no other option.nCame inside for photo ID, waited in line, got placated and then the girl said there is no more photo paper, no sorry, no delay, nothing. Good location, car park is not very big and people can struggle to find parking in front of the store. Very big store, lots of staff around to help you. The lady also offered to act as an additional check out for those paying by cards. They furniture's are not the cheapest but of good quality, and some comes with a 3year Warranty. Overall good and pleasant experience.
Am very impressed with Officeworks at Southport. The outlet has a great variety of stock for regardless of whether you’re a big businessman or just a student. You don’t even have to worry that you won’t make it because it is conveniently opened until late at night.
I had a great experience at Officeworks Southport 3 days ago. Georgia and Andrea were incredibly helpful in resolving my issue and even assisted me with a price match, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and friendly service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service!
I had a really disappointing experience with one of the front desk staff, boy with the curly black hair. He made some mistakes while using the POS machine, which is fine—we all make mistakes—but instead of handling it calmly, he got visibly annoyed and impatient with me, the customer.nnHonestly, it felt like he didn’t care about providing good service, and his attitude came off as rude and arrogant. It’s frustrating because interactions like this can really damage a store’s reputation.nnI hope the management can either help him improve his customer service skills or rethink whether this is the right role for him. A better attitude would go a long way in creating a positive experience for customers.
