I came to Telstra store today, very irate that my services have been disconnected with our warning. I told the service assistant Tori, that I was unsure what's happening with my service and I am at a loss and I was assured I would be helped. I was visibly angry. Tori went out of her way to try and understand the situation and showed empathy toward my situation. The customer service was impeccable. I am very happy with my resolve. Thank you for your understanding & helpfulness. I will be back to see her next week to upgrade my services.

Tori was fantastic and provided excellent service. Tori was very obliging and has a great personality very friendly and a great sense of humor. We would definitely recommend her and the store . Great job Tori and an awesome experience with Telstra.

After many frustrating hours and days on the phone to Telstra and online chat, with REPEATED "I'll transfer you because I can't do that/I don't know how to do that/ you need to speak to another person/department/etc.etc.etc" , I finally went to my nearest Telstra store. Again after telling my story to several people, the Universe felt sorry for me and finally sent me an Angel called Tori! Tori was the first person to understand the several problems AND know how to correct them. It did take her a while to get them all sorted but Tori persisted until she miraculously got them all sorted out, with explanations! Basically I have 2 account numbers I was trying to link but could not and then I had 2 register a DIFFERENT email address to each account. Sounds simple but believe me I sweated and cried blood for many hours over many days to many different people over many different ways and ONLY TORI had the absolute understanding of What, Who, How etc. of how to deal with it. Tori is an exemplary staff member of Telstra who should be paid treble and Telstra should endeavour to keep her in their employment as long as possible as it is staff like this Telstra/ we all need! Thank you so much Tori, you made my year!

I rarely give a review given that most experiences with Phone, Mobile and Internet service retailers falls way short of what I expect them to help me with and on many occasions I have walked away pulling my hair out and cursing them under my breath. Unfortunately I live in an area that is only serviced by Telstra and over the past 17 years as a Telstra customer I have had to grin and bare any problem or assistance provided by a Telstra Store. However, last week I must have had luck on my side because I was helped by Chevy. Thanks to Chevy's quick and immediate action he not only got my account sorted out he even got me a better deal on my plan and I am now getting a premium deal for less money. Thanks to Chevy I am now a very satisfied customer and no longer stressed over my account and very happy to be saving money. Don't waste your time going anywhere else ...Ask for Chevy at the Telstra Helensvale store.

My partner and I just left Telstra in the Helensvale mall. Asking about the Telstra One Number for Apple Watch, lady that ‘helped’ us was rude and didn’t help with a thing. She said that if we bought the watch through them she could help then told us to figure it out ourselves. We’re now on the phone with Telstra because the kind man on the phone is willing to help us with what we need. If she didn’t know what to do okay that’s fine but her attitude needs adjusting while she’s at work and a little more training so she knows what she’s doing wouldn’t hurt.
