Dangerous drivers. Watched one of their drivers cut off a man aggressively, in a school zone, obviously they didn’t want to give way. Can we really allow this kind of reckless driving to continue in our school zones?
We would like to say Thank you and show our appreciation to the driver, Luke, who just delivered our order. This is not the first time we had VFS delivered to us, but it is the first time that we would like to acknowledge a professional driver in VFS. Thank you so much.
Was carded only several occasions, when I specifically rang the company and gave authority for the packages to be left at the front door as both my partner and I work in the city till 5:30. I was told absolutely this can be done only to be carded again In the end I spoke to a nice man James who tried to rectify it and he did partly but I still had to go to depot to collect my things. When I arrived to the depot the lady turned around and had the audacity to say "oh we were gonna return these to sender today if you didn't come in"
Wonderful customer service I’d highly recommend them and would use again Package arrived early on time and in perfect condition. The driver was very professional and all packages were delivered in good order.
Our most trusted freight company to Riverina from Victoria- the one small issue that we had was investigated doggedly and reported to us. We use and specify this company weekly from parcels to pallets.
Horrible. Bloke just left the 'sorry we missed you' slip in the mail box and ran without checking if anyone was home. literally watched him do it. Customer service was helpful though.
We ordered parts from Melbourne at 3pm yesterday and they arrived here at 9.30am today. better than any other service we have had for parts from Melbourne lately.
Rocky, the driver went out of his way to go that extra mile when making a delivery when most would just throw up the "all too hard" flag.
