Excellent Service, fantastic staff - I needed office cabinet keys cut, Bunnings couldn't help, and I tried another local locksmith who stuffed me around and then never got back to me, even after a follow up call and email. These guys made it super easy, I called ahead and they told me to come in with the keys i needed copied. They didn't have matching blank keys (as it is an obscure Chinese branded key), but she used one that was very similar and had worked in the past, she made 3 copies of 2 keys but charged me nothing as she couldn't guarantee they would work, and said if they don't work, let her know and she'll order in the Chinese branded blanks I needed, and advised me that they may take 3 -5 weeks to come in. They didn't work in the end, but I still couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from these guys.

After reading the below posts I thought I would give this place a shot, and true as it's written on the comments they are true professionals fast and friendly and know their stuf, would not hesitate to highly recommend the team at rams Dandenong

So my house got broken in to And after speaking to a few friends they all told me to go see kara from rams in dandenong, after 3 people recommending the same person it was kind of a no brainer.... upon meeting kara i could see what all the good feed back was about, very friendly and knowledgeable if i could add more stars I would.... she also gave me great ideas suited to my situation that I would not have thought of.... Great job rams dandy u guys are great...

Been using them for years and always good service. Reasonably priced and timely service. Only complaint is that their mobile service is always booked out and also no parking.
