Highly recommended to drop in and have a chat with the weekend staff.....Had taken a prepaid connection and was dealt amazing by the courteous staff behind the counter.....Big shout to the lady Namita pardon me if I got the spell wrong was absolutely fantastic and really helped me out... Customer service in this store was very rude.i went to get sim card from store but she didn't help anything with this,she was smirking only. It was happen second time with me in same store. Very bad experience. So rude
Went there to get a new phone, the three young girls had zero customer service skills, as an existing Vodafone customer with multiple connections ,they just did not care. I guess it’s time to move companies

Highly recommend this store for any issues that you’re facing. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. I was attended by Maryan Sarem. She was as wonderful as she could get. Extremely helpful & accommodating. She was straight away onto the required process and knew exactly what to do. Absolutely incredible!! Thankyou Maryam :
Very helpful staff go the extra mile even went to telstra with me to assist transferring accounts at a far better rate suggest you visit glad I did could not be happier

This is the first time i have visited this store. Zainab one of the sales staff went out of her way to help me. She had a lot of patience with my questions and made sure i got the best deal.
