Easy online booking, exactly timed to suit me. Got a loan car. BTW don't tell Hyundai but everytime I get a loan car I fall in love with it and want to upgrade. Car ready timely, washed and vacuumed. Service Department friendly and efficient. Happy happy happy.
Sales and finance staff is professional and courteous, whole process from initial interaction till the delivery of the new vehicle was smooth, quick and interactive.
Have had Hyundai cars for years & used to service at other centers. Brought my car in today for its service & the team were so friendly, it was super easy to book online & grab a loan car, the service was quick AND they washed and vacuumed my car! Great customer and car service.
My overall experience with Dandenong Hyundai has always been pleasant and I'm a regular customer. This rating is more about the warranty on the Hyundai cars. My door latch started jamming and there was no logical explanation for the fault in just 6 years of usage. They denied the warranty saying it has expired last year after completing 5 years. My concern is that, the door latches works just fine even in 30 years old cars, if you can't explain the reason for getting it damaged in 6 years, you should take responsibility for using cheap products in first place.
Great customer service in the service department, can call them and ask any questions and informative, non-pushy sales people in the sales department.
Always get very good service here. Kind, professional people.
