It was very good experience since I just moved to Melbourne and not familiar with local procedures. Joel helped me a lot in the whole purchasing process even though he is very busy with other customers. They managed to deliver the car to me quickly and Joel even helped me drive the car to my house since I told him I am a new driver. Generally I am very satisfied with them and I recommend Joel if you are considering buying a second car here.

They managed to book my car in at short notice at a time which suited me perfectly  for an air bag replacement recall. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient and the car was ready to collect at the time I was told it would be. Although the replacement was free I was treated as though I was a paying customer.  Excellent service.

Jamie was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him. He was not pushing for a sale like a lot of salesmen do but he certainly sold me a car.  I loved his sales approach. He was honest, genuine, courteous & very knowledegable. He also listened to my needs & had a great approach. Well done. Thank you Jamie.
