Dandenong's Cheapest Cars

Visited Dandenong cheapest cars a couple of days ago and found the salesman very helpful. He wasn't pushy like some of the other car yards that I visited that day and let me browse around freely. He also offered good advice on disposing of my old vehicle. I didn't purchase a vehicle from Dandenongs cheapest cars as I didn't find a suitable vehicle so I can't comment on after sales service. I would definitely consider checking out Dandenongs cheapest cars next time.

Bought a 2015 Nissan Navara 4x4 from there, George was a non typical car salesman, not pushy for a sale, gave me a good/fair trade in deal and so far the car is faultless. Thanks for your great work and prompt service and delivery. Highly recommended this place.

Should rename themselves as Dandenong’s Cheapest People. Called to enquire about buying a used car. Politely asked them if the price is negotiable. However, got an extremely rude response from an unprofessional guy: “Don’t waste your time”. My advise is the same to other people. Please don’t waste your time with this dealer. These guys clearly don’t give a damn about the customers and would rather insult them. Stay away.

Had a way awesome experience with buying a car through these guys, they were patient and very considerate. They helped me to find a car that matched everything of what I wanted. I have to say the experience with buying a car from these guys was the best, I went to a lot of different car yards before and they were shocking to deal with and very pushy which I hated and when I came to this place it was completely opposite. My car has never missed a single beat and always done well so I definitely highly recommend these guys to everyone

My experience was brief but painful. Dealt with Nathan who was fine on the phone and upon arrival was prompt in getting me on the road for a test drive. When negotiations began, things took a turn for the worse. The cars market value was around $15,500 to $16k and it was advertised for $15,888 + on road costs. Nathan began by telling me that on road costs were approx $13k double their actual value bringing the total to $17,200. He then refused to give me a price asking what I was willing to pay. When I opened at $15,500 he told me no and pretty much asked me to make another offer, again refusing to provide a figure. I offered $16k and he again asked me to try again. I then asked for his price and he again refused stating that the $17,200 was discounted from $21k. WHAT!! When I told him that the figures he was quoting did not reflect the market he proceeded to question if I was a legitimate buyer and ask if I was willing to buy today. All this despite me telling him it was between two cars which were identical. He then told me to go away and think about it and call him to negotiate. In one five minute phone call I settled with the other dealer for $15,650. A great price which is bang on market. BUYER BEWARE - this company are clearly just waiting for a sucker to come along. God help anyone who has to deal with a warranty issue as I could image this to be excruciating.
