I recently bought my first brand new car from Dandenong Hyundai and it was such a great experience! Everyone who had a part in helping me get my new car were friendly, approachable and just as excited for me as I was. Young was my main point of contact and he was amazing. So friendly, he explained everything I needed to know about my new car and made the day of hand over exciting for me. Josh was also just as friendly and helpful and made the process of finance completely stress free! We are so happy with our new i30 sedan which was ordered last October. Delivery was much earlier than expected which we were so pleased about. Our sales person Young ticks all the boxes. He kept us informed along the way. He is very capable addressing every question we asked. His professionalism and knowledge of the product is intense. This is our seventh new Hyundai car and every time we have had enjoyable memories dealing with the Dandenong Branch over many years. Having visited multiple dealerships from Mercedes, Form, Kia and two other Hyundai's, I can honestly say they didn't even come close to the level of service we experienced, not only from Miguel but the entire dandenong Hyundai team.
