Best place to buy imports! Shane is the nicest & most honest guy with great customer service once you get him on the phone - best to text/call or visit the store front in person. Cars are as described and well taken care of. The process of making a purchase is hasstle free because the servicing and importing has already been done by Shane and his team, plus with many years of experience you know you're getting the best service and price on imports in Melbourne. Would highly recommend and buy more vehicles from him.
Have purchased a few cars from here skylines, one of them i have owned for 3 years now and i am very happy with their service as they are very honest and delivered what they promised. Also one of the only import yards i have been too that have jdm cars in their stock form in mint condition which is hard to come by!! will definitely buy another import off them in the future :

Tried calling the dealer at least 5 times, two emails, texting a mobile of one of the sales men over a period of four days regarding a car they had for sale. In the end one sales agent picked up. He was abrupt, wouldn't offer information on the vehicle other than it was sold. I was hoping for some general information on the vehicle. Very cagey and cut me off multiple times before hanging up. I understand the car was sold but what if i wanted you to find me another one just like it? The service is terrible... if they answer. Probably a good indicator to shop elsewhere in my opinion. And being in sales position myself i believe service is paramount.

Wow rude man on the other end of the line, rang and all he said was I have to ring you back and hung up, then an hour later I had to ring back, so not a helpful tone just said hang on, no hello, OMG move on if you dont like your job, give it to some one who is polite and has very good customer service, was going to have a look at other cars but later alligator no way youput me off.
Incredible service. Hard to find another business as efficient and reliable as this one. 11/10
Shane is a top bloke, straight talker, no nonsense, on my 4th car from him.
Very unprofessional called them up for a part i needed for a van i brought from them 4 months earlier they told me yes they have it and that they would shipp it to me then with in 2 minutes of say they would shipp it changed there mind and said no i dont want to sell it any more and hung up the phone very unprofessional co#k heads
