The staff here were fantastic. Great communication easy to deal with and very helpful. Young was the champion I got to deal with, he was knowledgeable friendly and got me the exact car I wanted. I would definitely recommend buying from here.
Needed a car in a hurry. I test drove and purchased a new Kona on the Tuesday and took delivery of it on Thursday. A special thank you to Miguel and Marcelo who were at all times respectful and allowed my wife and I the opportunity needed to consider and test drive which model best suited our needs. If you want to purchase a car without the feeling of pressure to do so, ask for either Miguel or Marcelo by name, both are thoroughly decent gentlemen. Overall a very pleasant customer experience.
Bought new Palisade which is a great car and really happy to share about the Team especially Samir, one of the best coordinators in Hyundai Dandenong. I recently bought my first brand new car from Dandenong Hyundai and it was such a great experience! Everyone who had a part in helping me get my new car were friendly, approachable and just as excited for me as I was. Young was my main point of contact and he was amazing. So friendly, he explained everything I needed to know about my new car and made the day of hand over exciting for me. Josh was also just as friendly and helpful and made the process of finance completely stress free! I also had some contact with Marcelo when Young was unable to assist and he was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai.
We are so happy with our new i30 sedan which was ordered last October. Delivery was much earlier than expected which we were so pleased about. Our sales person Young ticks all the boxes. He kept us informed along the way. He is very capable addressing every question we asked. His professionalism and knowledge of the product is intense. This is our seventh new Hyundai car and every time we have had enjoyable memories dealing with the Dandenong Branch over many years. I can not fault the Sales team over the years but Young excels in what he does. Also Tony in the Service Department. We woudn't go anywhere else because these cars suite our lifestyle thanks to all the team at Dandenong Hyundai family.
The staff at Dandenong Hyundai were extremely professional and helpful during my recent purchase of a 2022 i30. They were exceptional throughout the entire process, from purchase to delivery. There were a few obstacles to get my vehicle to delivery but the team really went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I was after and that I received it on time. They gave me multiple alternatives to work with to overcome these problems and were consistently checking in with me every few days to keep me updated throughout the whole time. A special thanks to Young Park and Josh Vanderpoel, who were particularly helpful and walked me through the entire process. Would strongly recommend Young - very mature, professional and has a great cultural understanding of customers with Asian backgrounds. My dad has also since made a very happy purchase and I have been strongly recommending Dandenong Hyundai to all my friends and family. Thank you for the best experience, 5/5 customer service and love my new car!

Our experience at Dandenong Hiyundai with Young was an absolute pleasure. We had just come from a separate dealership and were annoyed about our experience with the other salesman so were in a pretty average mood - Young came up to us nearly right away, gave us some honest and knowledgeable advice about the range and had us on a test drive within 5 minutes. He knew everything that he was talking about and didn't try to oversell us on what we wanted, but was very forthcoming with what fit within our budget and expectation. Would recommend any day!
Purchasing our new car at Hyundai Dandenong has been a seamless, enjoyable, and highly rewarding experience. Sales agent Miguel gave me and my wife first class customer service. He was honest, easy to get along with, respectful, and seemed to genuinely care about our needs and the time sensitive nature of our purchase as we are expecting twins. Having visited multiple dealerships from Mercedes, Form, Kia and two other Hyundai's, I can honestly say they didn't even come close to the level of service we experienced, not only from Miguel but the entire dandenong Hyundai team. To sum up, Miguel, his brother, and the team treated my wife and I with utmost respect while we were shopping around and treated us like family after we decided on the car and post delivery. I can't recommend them highly enough.
