After entering the building and walking to the service desk neither of the 2 stern elderly gentlemen who saw me park, come in and wait, volunteered to come out of their glass offices and serve me. So I went looking for someone else and found a smiling young salesman who led me back to the service desk, then asked one of the men to serve me. The job was done, the coffee was great, but strange atmosphere, like theyve had one too many unhappy customers.

As of 26 April 2018 I am the proud owner of a Jayco Ducato Campervan. Southern Euro has some sort of business relationship with Jayco and PageBrosRV in Seaford. When I was chasing pre-purchasing information and approached FIAT HQ in Australia they would just refer me back to the Dealerships. I was looking for answers with regards to the water ingress problem that Fiat had in their previous models and wanted to know if that has been fixed. So I phoned two dealerships in Melbourne and so my relationship with SouthernEuro started with emails and phone calls. SouthernEuro was very helpful. In chasing recalls today Stuart was very helpful, answering my email within minutes with a personal phone call (impressed!). He also affirmed that yes I have a 5 year 200k kms Fiat Warranty on my Jayco Campervan (impressed) even if it is not in the Service and Warranty booklet that Fiat has provided. So what are the 5 stars for ? SouthernEuro has provided vital pre-purchase information that ultimately helped me to pick the right Campervan for me based on hard facts, pick a good supplier and getting out of bad purchase. My Fiat warranty is now not 2 years, not even 3 years, but 5 years !!!

Fiat doblo owner boughht here. 2 years on and had the best time with service and vehicle. This dealership care and are worth every cent. Competitive prrice and quality parts. My vehicle fiat doblo 2015 lwb is a fantastic work horse. Will buyfiat again.
