Paul, the Service Manager, was excellent. He was fantastic and very professional all the way through. He went out of his way to resolve the issue. HOWEVER we had a terrible experience with their Accountant Department, especially with a Lady that introduced herself as the owner, Mrs Jenny. We received a call at 5pm saying the van was ready to be picked up and to collect the next morning. We paid the invoice in full the same day + a second invoice they sent together with this one for a job they did not complete yet, we paid it in good faith without any complain .... The day after we showed up to collect the van as per arrangement but Mrs Jenny refused to hand over the van to us because the money was not yet in her bank account. We showed her the bank receipt with all the details on it and everything was correct. She complained that we could have cancelled the transfer not even knowing that it is not possible after a certain number of hours !!! We even offered to pay again with credit card and then refund us when our money would hit the account and she accepted of course !!!! We insisted, explaining that there are 70 km to get to them and that we have paid everything we owned them exactly when the job was done and even in advance for the other invoice but she did not listen. We left, went back to Melbourne and as soon as we arrived she called us saying that the money had arrived..... Truly shameful and absolutely unprofessional. We need to buy an other van for our business but WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUY IT FROM THEM. To reply to Southern Euro comment, we have no problem at all with their policy unless they give clear instructions to their team on what to say with customers. They should have told us to wait until their "confirmation to go and pick up the van" after payment was received. A serious company, realizing that the miscommunication was theirs, would have handed over the vehicle with the proof of payment that had been provided to them. Just a further note, they know us as a customer because we bought the vehicle from them. Nothing more to add.
I take my Adria motorhome for its servicing and all other related work to Southern Euro. The team is absolutely awesome. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paul, the Service Manager is fantastic and his customer service is brilliant!! His team led by Chris is excellent. Thank you again!! Cheers Greg.
The only place in Vic to bring your Fiat Ducato if you want an honest and reliable service/repair. Had my transmission fixed by Paul and now she’s running like new. They take the time to explain the issue in detail and treat you with respect. From the reception to the garage, everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. Thank you Helen and Paul.
Paul the service manager is a LEGEND. He explained me what exactly needs to be done, provided me a detailed list. Those guys are really helpful.
I am very happy to add to the very positive comments on previous reviews I have read about Southern Euro. My van is just 4 months old and I had a few items listed for attention. Paul, Service Manager, was excellent. He was knowledgeably, friendly and went out of his way to resolve all the issues. The best service experience I have had. Thanks Paul.
We’ve had the good fortune to have our motorhome fixed by Southern Euro recently. From day 1 when I first rang Helen, she was so very gracious in her attitude, friendly, professional and very effective in her communications with us. We live in Wagga and had broken down in Sale. We were anxious about how we’d get going and more importantly how we’d get home. However Helen came to our rescue. After an initial discussion she rang us back that morning to advise that she’d spoken to Paul and they’d have a look at the motorhome the week following. I then had the RACV tow the motorhome to the dealership which would have arrived after 1pm on the same day. Imagine my shock and surprise at receiving a telephone call from Paul around 3:30pm saying that the motorhome had been repaired! We were over the moon. That meant we could relax over the weekend and stay another night in Sale to see our elderly aunt and then Carol, myself and our dog Jessie could travel to Melbourne on Monday and head back to Wagga. When we arrived Monday, both Helen and Paul were wonderful to us and we were delighted to be treated as long term customers on our first visit! Carol and I couldn’t be more delighted with the repairs on our motorhome. It’s a fair reflection and a meaningful compliment when I say that when we need a service or repairs on our motor home we’ll book it into Southern Euro to look after it for us. My mother lives in Narre Warren so it’s an easy way to do two things at once. Again our massive thanks to Helen, Paul and the team for a fantastic job that was well done. Cheers, Carol and Michael
As to all previous good comments, it is good to see that this company does provide an excellent service in all regards, we are from Ballarat, and now will always take our fiat ducatoto southern euro for all our future services, they go over and beyond to help, and do do what you have paid for at a real good price , we cant praise enough, they really are fiat professionals and know there stuff .THank you so much.
I highly recommend Paul and the team. After being completely dissatisfied with my local Fiat service centre in NSW, I booked into Southern Euro since I frequently visit Melbourne and read the positive reviews they have received. Paul looked after me, with plenty of advice and a free inspection to review the problems that had arisen. I've now returned for my annual service completed successfully today and to finalise arrangements for some work under warranty to be completed in coming months on my next visit. I'm confident now that my Fiat motorhome will keep us travelling successfully for years to come. Well done, Southern Euro.
