Dandenong Mitsubishi

Great place to service your car. A lot has changed since I was last in there... there seems to be a lot of focus on the customer and their experience. My Outlander was also serviced a lot quicker than expected which helped a lot for my day planned. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!

I had a great experience buying my car, so much so that my friend also bought the same one. A year and a half later I have an issue with an after market product. Jeanette and Lee were great and did what was right over what was technically correct It was great to experience fantastic customer service

I have only positive things to say about the Dandenong Mitsubishi service team. They all listened to my genuine concern and acted accordingly with daily or often twice daily communication to diagnosis and progress feedback. Very happy overall and will not only use the team again but will recommend them highly. Cheers

Rishi was great to deal with! I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked in and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He allowed for a test drive and explained all the features of the car, to ensure it was exactly the right car for me! Jeanette was also a pleasure to deal with when working out tinted windows and paint protection. All-round great experience, thanks again!
