I bought my car from here a few months ago so this review has been a long time coming! I was in the market for a car and after weeks of searching I came across a deal which I thought was too good to be true! I rang up immediately and went to see the car the next day. The staff there are so helpful and friendly and will provide with you any information you ask without hesitation. I had to ask them to keep the car on hold until it had passed my own inspection which they did without any hesitation. I visited the showroom three times and they were so patient with me all the while. I finally bought my car on the third visit and they had even put on brand new tires for me! Would return here if I wanted to buy another car without any second thoughts! Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a Lexus from Darrell a year ago. I was given better service during the purchase experience than Mercedes or Lexus have given me in the past and it was genuine. Darrell and Marcus one of the directors have given me exceptional after purchase care including cheap service and fantastic loan cars.  Automobiles at Dandenong have given me the best service I have ever received from the Industry.

Spoke to Darrell about buying a Polo GTI for my wife as a surprise and he was able to help me perfectly, made the whole experience really amazing as my wife can be really nervous, will definitely be back to buy another car from Darrell couldn't have ask for a more friendly and honest salesman.

unreliable staff and unprofessional manners, bought car back to april, 2017, few things missing when i picked the car, side step cracked, tow-bar missing, ask them to fix it, they denied everything, should take some photos before, spare tyre had lock nut without the key, found out last week when i got flat tyre at country side. really had bad experience with them, and really unfriendly after the deal

Buyers beware.  very underhanded practices going on here.  Had booked in to test drive car.  get a call saying car keys have been lost and appointment  can't be met.  I dont hear from them for a week then I ring them and they say the car has been sold.  What is up with that??  Total disrespect and lets do anything to get a sale.  Awesome customer experience NOT !!!!   Watch out

Note:  As for the response below from the owner totally incorrect I had multiple conversations over the phone with them they had my true contact details.  And to the owner no I wont be calling you, you had your chance.  Others have had a similar experience
