"United Cinemas Craigieburn is located on Central Lane in the Big W Quadrant, offering the community ‘Cinema at its finest’, with wall to wall screens, Dolby Atmos Digital Surround Sound, In-Theatre Dining and Grand Recliner Flat Beds in every Cinema. The Cinema also features its own à la carte Restaurant, Artdeco Bar & Kitchen, which is located on Level 2 of the Complex. We came to united cinemas in craigieburn but the recliners are such a bad conditions and very dirty as well. Some of the recliners button not working. And the thing is they did not even repair.
Watched Jurassic Park: Rebirth with my family and we had a great time! The movie was thrilling.nThe theatre, despite some negative reviews we read beforehand, we actually found the hall to be quite decent, comfortable seating, good sound, and a clean environment overall. Worth the visit!
Just went due to Tuesday $10 specials so cant complain. But for full price , screen is small when sitting on top and lights didnt get completely off with dim lights on which is still bright and doesn't give cinema feeling . Sitting at bottom was still better.
I had a very disappointing experience at United Cinemas. The recliner seat was broken, the area was dirty, and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. The only reason I’m giving 1 star out of 5 is because the popcorn was fresh and tasty. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement.nThank you
Went last night, disgusting. Broken and missing seats, stained and sticky floors. The cinema wasn't cleaned before our session, so all the rubbish was still in the theater. Sound system sounded like only the front speakers were working. Popcorn was stale.nNeeds new management and a big clean up.nNEVER going back
