Pretty good cinema. Went to see the Black Panther on Xtreme Screen. Everything was clean, queues were quick. Popcorn was way too salty. Super convenient and close to transport links. As with all cinemas I definitely recommend bringing your own food in as cinema snacks will double the price of your visit.

Nice place and very conveniently located at the train station. It makes it very easy to get to via the train. If you go at a meal time there is also a big food court 1 flight of stairs down so you can feed the kids before or after the movie. It is also surprisingly not that busy meaning you dont have to wait in big ques to buy your movie tickets, nor rarely need to make a reservation in advance for big block buster release movies

HOYTS LUX REVIEW We received a voucher for Christmas so decided that instead of using it for multiple tickets we would go all out for one nice experience at LUX. The service was exceptional. Can't fault it. The reclining seats etc in the cinema were really good, clean and comfortable. The movie sound... WAY too loud at some parts of the movie. The Food... we ordered 2 pizzas and they were TERRIBLE Margarita was basically cheese on toast with a few basil leaves and tomato slices. Chicken, Mince on toast with FAR too much sauce. Honestly, I am very very disappointing. So, go for the experience but don't bother with the overpriced terrible food.

I like this cinema! The price is reasonable and there's popcorn :) It does get busy on Tuesdays, just come earlier for seats. As with any small cinema, the rooms are quite narrow and the incline of the rows is not a lot. I am short and during one time when a tall person sat in front of me, I was craning my head the entire movie. They also have show new releases which is awesome! I accidentally bought a ticket from this cinema online when I was meant to buy it from another cinema. The calling service is absolutely appalling, they never pick up and they never get back to you despite leaving a voice mail. HOWEVER, their email customer service is fantastic! They were happy to refund me the tickets, no fuss. So if you need to get in touch with them, just email. DON'T CALL THEM.
