I have been to the Gold Class here a few times now and have enjoyed each experience. The recliners are very comfortable, the screen good and sound quality is great. Drinks service is efficient but prices are steep, not unexpectedly. Food serves are small and also a wee bit  expensive. On our last visit we shared a five dish meal deal which ends up being more economical and the three of us (all adults) struggled to finish so I would recommend doing that if you are looking at eating there. One tip I would give you is if you feel the cold, wear something warm or take a jacket. Twice now it has been quite chilly by the end of the session. Gold Class is great as an occasional treat. I would go again.

The worst food I’ve eaten. “Nachos” 10 corn chips with supermarket salsa. Pork burgers made me throw up. Waste of money. Better off going elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I used to think Gold Class was the bees nees. Having been a customer regularly since it began nearly 30 years ago.
Recently Ive noticed this 'Premiere' experience decline. 
First with the increased distraction of waiters coming and going through the entire film. Also not all facilities are availables every session and the cleanliness of the theatre having declined.
Now I learn, contacting them in any other way than online is now not even business hours, considering their business runs through to 9pm every night. 
The tickets are at a premium price and we rightly expect Gold Class Service for them. Pick up your act Village.
