I go between the St Kilda and Prahran gyms. My favourite thing about Prahran is John’s Saturday morning Core + Glutes class - which is really fun and challenging! The gym has a good vibe with lots of people from all walks of life. It’s definately not a ‘bro’ culture and heavy weights are downstairs, separate from the cardio and circuit weights equipment. My only critiques would be that the PT sessions are more expensive than average. Also, the circuit weights equipment sometimes feels like it needs an oil/service. These are only minor things and I’m so glad I signed up to this gym chain. I’m feeling motivated and encouraged on my fitness journey!

Signed up for a free trial with every intention to become member. FIrst time was busy and didnt get the Work out I wanted. Came back after lady (who was friendly) at reception told me I could trial it a few times.

Upon entering the manager/PT was rude and made me wait at reception only to be told sorry you have to pay despite explaining what i had been told on the previous visit 2 nights ago

If youre going to be rude like that i cant see you doing to well champ. You just lost a customer becuase of poor service

Despite this please be aware that the  toilets are out of action, drinking tap was broken and equipment is outdated

Go somewhere else. If you want a cheap gym then pay the price for bad service and outdated equipment

I Will go back to PCYC In  st kilda. Old school cool gym with FRIENDLY people!

Great place to workout. Friendly and passionate trainers. It is not crowded and has more room. Definitely recommend this place.

Not pretentious, good equipment and John runs a v friendly place with a great vibe to exercise - highly recommend. (PS Parking isnt usually a problem)

I can’t understand why people would leave bad ratings, impatient, who knows. But this is by far one of the best gyms I have used and the staff are excellent, in particular the big South American dude. Anyway good gym, some equipment can be questionable at times but apart from that it’s got everything you need.
