Just got here from Canada and signed up. They have everything you need for powerlifting, bodybuilding, HIIT, boxing, and endurance training. Boxing room had plenty of bags, pads and gloves, and there’s an outdoor area with a tire flip and sled push. Membership also gives you access to all of their group classes.

Great traditional gym with excellent equipment and a great inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

Everything you need to get into shape. The 24 access is handy and works seamlessly. Some of the equipment is a little worn an tattered, but I guess that adds to the appeal
