Tabban gym is more than just a gym the family atmosphere, the equipment and staff are awesome. After I competed last year Michael and Doreen were happy to sit down with me and talk about areas where I can improve. The frames and trophy all around the gym inspires me to keep pushing. I wish can be at the gym more but my work commitments don’t allow it. There is something for everyone from just wanting to get into shape to competing. Plus you get to see great body builder George Tabban around the gym. If you’re looking for more than a gym in the heart of Melbourne I highly recommend Tabban muscle and body.
I have been at Tabban for a few years now and still loving every session. Each trainer works with you to achieve your body goals. I competed last year and although it was a big challenge, the team made it enjoyable for me. I’ve recently had a baby and am now back at gym trying to achieve my dream body again. I’ve been training with Stefano who continues to push me each session and I’ve already seen results from the last month of coming back. This gym is very family oriented, all the staff are very professional and friendly. You’re not treated as a number but apart of the Tabban family.
My experience with Tabban has been absolutely transformative! I arrived not knowing a thing about training and feeling a little intimidated. From the start every single person in the gym was kind, helpful, encouraging and entirely supportive. It felt like I was important from the very first day and all the trainers were invested in my journey. Every morning I leave the gym feeling energized and full of joy because of the people that work there and how close they all are. Not only that, they are brilliant at what they do and I’ve seen amazing results in a very short period of time. The PT sessions are structured in a very smart way and it is such great value for money!
I have been training at Tabban Muscle & Body Shape for 6 months and all i can say for me Tabban is an awesome place to get fit and toned. I have joined many gyms over the years, they were very clinical and just wanted you signed and joined up, then you are left to your own devices. Tabban is very unique and has a friendly, professional team of personal trainers that will deliver results for whatever you are wanting to achieve. Also this gym has such a great positive energy, everyone from the staff to the members are fun to train and be around with, there is never a dull moment. My final note is this-'' there is the rest, and then there is the best, do not look past Tabban, I didn't, and now have got my motivation to train again thanks to Team Tabban.
I have been training at Tabban for over a year now and it’s the complete package! Having done a lot of personal training in the past, Tabban is the first gym that has been able to help me achieve the results I’m after in a sustainable way. They have significant knowledge and experience in body shaping and support a healthy attitude to transformation instead of unsustainable, extreme measures. I stumbled across Tabban Gym online 8 years ago when i decided it was time to be involved in physical activity. My initial walk in was very intimidating as I've never been to a gym however that didn't last long. 8 years later I'm still here and consider it my second home. I train a minimum of 4 days a week at Tabban by there very reputable coaches and personally will not allow another program shape me. A couple of years ago i decided to compete and i couldn't have done it without the amazing support from everyone at this gym. Having joined the Tabban Gym earlier this year I am well on my way to not only a more toned and athletic build, but also on a much healthier attitude toward my diet and lifestyle. The management and staff are genuinely caring and supportive in helping you reach your optimum goals not only physically but also encouraging strongly the importance of nutrition and diet. The personal trainers are professional, friendly and great fun to train with. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made, I've never felt better about myself or the way I look. I have been training a Tabban for a number of years, and travel from Hillside each morning to train at 6am. Most common question I’m asked by people is why do you go all the way to Richmond to train, isn’t there a gym closer to you! Well of course I pass dozens of gyms on my way to Tabban , but the my trainer Dorreen and the atmosphere at Tabban is the reason I go there. I recently signed up for the 20 week “body transformation” program , and have seen great results , and lost 9 kg so far. The encouragement, support and guidance I have received has been fantastic. It’s not only the staff that have made the journey enjoyable but all the people that train at the same time. I highly recommend this gym.
Tabban Muscle and Body Shape in Richmond is probably one of the best gyms in Melbourne. If your goal is weight loss, body transformation or if you need a competition preparation coach - there is not better place to be. Everyone here is very friendly and they definitely know what they are doing! Their personal training program is a guarantee of a real result and its also very affordable when I compare to other prices in the city and the quality of their product. Definitely recommended!
What an experience. The absolute perfect gym for me! The best personal trainers that are willing to help every step of the way whether it be for body transformation, weight loss or competition preparation. If you're in the areas of Richmond or anywhere in Melbourne, I'd highly recommend checking this gym out. An amazing experience with super welcoming staff and a very friendly community, like a family. Stefano was very helpful!
