Minimalist interior design provides a serene space for clinically formulated small group classes with physiotherapists. I've been with Universal since they first opened and I can thank Sammy and her experienced team for getting me back to running with a combination of Physiotherapy, clinical pilates and yoga. Ropes yoga with Sammy and reformer pilates with Tori are must try classes.

Professional and friendly staff. I've done clinical pilates in a few places. This is a good one.

I did a reformer pilates class and loved it, the Fitzroy studio is bright and clean, groups are small and you get personalised instructions
