This is a great gym with fitness focus. It has a really good layout with big glass windows and dramatic light well in the centre.
The atmosphere is friendly and , 
Personal Trainers are passionate and knowledgeable , and some also do the group classes.
I have been there very happily for 7 years.

Small gym and not the best of equipment. They've just improved their hours of operation though.

Poor customer service including from top level -Gym Manager- Machines are old and some 'trainers' unqualified to perform their job! A place to get a FREE injury.
