By far, the best personal training programme I’ve ever had. Nathan, Jaimie and Luke have taken real care and interest in developing a special training plan that suits my endurance racing needs. With only 2 X 45—minutes sessions each week – the results are amazing, I feel stronger and healthier than ever. Highly recommended.

I have been training at Revo for over 6 months. All their trainers are very professional and good at motivating people. I have got good results in 2017 and will keep going in 2018.

I love RevoPT ! It's my second home!! I have been training at Revo for over a year now. Luke and his Team are fantastic trainers! What I love about Revo is the community and the variety of the training you get every day; from strength, high intensity to mobility and the small group classes. All the trainers are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive, they always know when you need a little (or big) push during the class. It always amaze me how far I can push myself during the class! I went through few injuries last year and I could not wish for better environment to get better! Luke, Darren and all the trainers helped me to get back on track and hit my fitness goals on the way. I can't recommend Revolution Personal Training highly enough! Easily the best gym and trainers in Melbourne.

I have been training here per 6 months and I can say it is an amazing place to get stronger, fetter or healther. The classes are very good, the exercises helpful and corrected. Also, the workers are always giving us attention and taking care about us. I have never felt lonely there. I definitely recomend RPT !!

RevoPT is hands down the best gym! Awesome trainers, great class variety and the right level of motivation so you're always pushing yourself to get the best results from your time at the gym. The results I have seen in 6 short weeks have blown me away and I continually feel like I’m getting better, stronger, fitter. This is 100% down to the trainers at RevoPT; they are friendly, motivating and dedicated to helping everyone push a little harder while keeping it fun and interesting. When I started I told them my goals were to improve my fitness and tone up. I wanted a mix of cardio with some body weight toning. Classes like HIIT, Metcon were really great for this and the awesome trainers kept me motivated to continually compete against myself to be the very best me. This is the core ethos at RevoPT; friendly small groups, no fuss, no judgement training where your only goal is to feel fitter, stronger and better in yourself. It always feels like the trainers are constantly there to help you improve and in those early weeks they encouraged me to incorporate strength into my mix. I was SUPER SKEPTICAL. I didn’t feel strong, ‘lifting heavy weights’ and being ‘super strong’ was never really a motivation for me and I felt like surely my time was better spent squatting for toned thighs or cardio to burn those calories. The trainers took the time to explain the benefits to me (all the time I’m thinking in my head, I don’t want big muscly thighs), adapted any strength training to my needs to make it feel more accessible and most importantly motivated me to keep going. As well as regular cardio and bodyweight toning, I have lifted heavier weights (so many PBs) than I ever thought it would be possible to lift - and there are no big muscly thighs in sight! Just inches off from everywhere and great progress towards my weight and toning goals! And the biggest difference…. After 6 week my core strength effort is noticeable in everything I do. My cardio and bodyweight training is easier and much more effective - which of course makes sense because I’ve increased my core muscle strength giving me much more power for everything else. But try telling that to skeptical me 6 weeks ago! I can’t recommend RevoPT highly enough! It’s the first gym that has really taken the time to evaluate my goals, adapt training for maximum results and kept motivation high to get me over my skeptical barrier. This is a results focused gym (whatever your personal goal) with a healthy dose of friendliness & fun for good measure!
