Awesome place. I tried crossfit at two places before this and left loving the exercise but quite put out by the culture. This place was MUCH better. Great coaches, a culture with good vibes, and encouraging people.

They say visitors from out of town are welcome but....​​ you have to give 24 hrs notice if you want to drop into this gym and the only training window that is guaranteed is 1230. If you're from out of town and looking for somewhere to do crossfit there are about five other options in walking distance that make it easier for you.

The coaching staff here is great, as are the members. The space can more than accommodate the class size, and the equipment is in great shape. I would definitely have continued to belong here but my time in Melbourne came to an end - I would definitely recommend the entire operation.

Very professional team. Starting from the foundations, and while transitioning to the classes, I felt supported whilst adjusting to the exercises. The box is big, the equipment in solid conditions. This gym has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommended
