South Melbourne Gym and Anthony offer the perfect solution to my training needs. The small groups are perfect for those wanting a diverse strength and conditioning program. Anthony has great expertise and has been able to push me much further then other trainers whilst being cautious and mindful of pre-existing injuries, and the other activities I do (equestrian). Highly recommended, well priced and located in a great location with ample parking!

Anthony Garcia was my coach for over two years, I can honestly say that in those two years I was at my fittest than I have been. Anthony's training kept me interested and keen, I actually enjoyed working out. His expertise is immense, he knows his clients and I felt like I was part of a community. His passion to pass on his knowledge is one of his biggest strengths as is his humour and kindness. I hate running and with Anthony training me I competed Mothers Day 8km run. The only reason I don't train with Anthony anymore is that I moved too far away. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony, he is a life coach and a wonderful man.

I have been training with Anthony for 3 months now and have definitely seen a difference in my health and strength. Thanks Anthony all the hard work definitely pays off.
