This is a fantastic place to workout. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and and non-intimidating. I love coming to class every day and having all the thinking done for you- all you have to do is work hard and have fun. Thanks Michael and the team on creating such a special studio!

Love this place! Trainers were great with adapting exercises to meet my changing fitness needs during my time training with F45 South Melbourne. Welcoming and friendly group of fellow F45-ers training here too. If it wasn't for moving out of the area I'd still be training here.

F45 South Melbs has a great vibe and atmosphere to train in. Always good banter with both the coaches and other peeps who train, which makes the classes more enjoyable. Will miss this place!!!
