I have been attending Liv's Yoga classes for over three years now and still find she has a fresh approach to each class. A class with Liv sees you stretched more than just physically - she will open your mind to new ideas but always in a non confronting, and indeed often humorous, manner. Anyone will derive value from a class with Liv - from a newbie to someone more versed in their Yoga practice. Her calming voice alone makes a class a joy. She has created a safe place whereby if you're someone like me and not always able to achieve the ideal pose you still find a place of peace.

Liv pays great attention to everyone in the class and tailors movements to your needs. Her preparation shows in the careful setup and easy flow of each session. She clearly has a great passion for yoga and a great communication style. I feel at ease in her class whether I need to ask a dumb question or just need to be left in peace to enjoy the session.

I've been following Liv's classes around the area for years. Care and attention is given to each participant, with variations responsive to experience, level and physical limitations at the time. Liv's sessions also help get me out of my my head, and into a more relaxed and grounded place.

I really enjoy our classes and Liv is an excellent teacher. I'm beginner and appreciate all the advice I can get.

For five years I've been attending Lisa's weekly class. It helps me relax, refocus and let go of whatever has built up inside my body and mind, during the week. Lisa approaches each class with a considered thought for each pupils needs. Classes are tailored to the general mood of the group. Sometimes inward, sometimes outward moving, based on feelings or the Seasons of the year, for example. 'Yoga me well' nurtures me. It's considered movement with breath that aligns my body, mind a spirit. Thank you Lisa, you have been a gentle consistent support, that grounds me.
