I saw Chantelle over a month ago with a sore shoulder and she diagnosed me with an impinged back and upper-shoulder area. Over the next month, she gave me rehabilitation exercises and I've became a lot better since. Thank you Chantelle for your guidance and friendliness! :

Amir and Clive listen and get to the heart of the problem, which is a rare trait amongst the numerous practitioners that I have seen for my motor vehicle accident injuries. Today, Amir listened to me and immediately found a chronically injured area that is the cause of some of my suffering, that no other practitioner has treated before, and this evening, I feel greatly relieved from pain, even though it is still injured and uncomfortable. I am so humbled to meet very humble practitioners who listen and quickly work out how to help the problem. Thank you!

I’ve been treated there twice now, first by Clive for a bad back and more recently by Chantelle and both are kind, treat you with respect when you are at a low ebb in a lot of pain and found their priority was to return me to a relatively pain free functioning state. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with the receptionist. Initially, I called the clinic yesterday and explained that I had a referral from my GP and that my Medicare plan would cover all of the costs. She said all I needed to do was to bring my medicare card with me.She never mentioned any payment. When I went today, she was extremely rude and simply handed me a form to fill out without saying anything. I didn't stop on the way back after my session with the physio since I assumed that by providing the paperwork and medicare data, everything was taken care of on my end. Then I get a phone call from her with a terrible attitude telling me that I left the clinic without paying. I returned right away because I live only 4 minutes away from the clinic.I told her she should have mentioned the payment when I phoned or walked into the clinic. I contacted another clinic in St Kilda, and they indicated there is no price for the first five appointments if you have Medicare and a referral.

Having discovered BSPC by accident many years ago, and the wonderful Chantelle McKenzie and her reformer Pilates sessions, I have not looked back. I attend sessions on a weekly basis and Chantelle revises my program to suit my ability on the day, which is both challenging and restorative. Life is always better once I am walking out the door after class.

There are some dud Physiotherapists out there, and then there's these Guy's at Balaclava St. Kilda Physiotherapy! B.....! Brilliant. I've only been treated by Amir Perzuck at this practice but he's managed to fix a painful back problem caused by a fall that I've had for fifteen years. Very professional & very friendly bunch of specialists. Best of all is there's no pressure to keep making appointments you don't need.

BSPC is a great clinic for referring clients for Physiotherapy and Pilates. At Muscleworks Massage we have worked with BSPC for a number of years now with the Physio's for best patient / client outcomes and our clients appreciate the well rounded approach to the care we both can provide locally.
