Shimon is an industry leader when it comes to myotherapy. Whilst being a lecturer in that field, importantly, he maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere, taking the time to explain his diagnosis and treatment. Having had a sports injury, I visited several physiptherapists prior that were unable to effectively treat it. After a consultation with Shimon, he alleviated the discomfort in one session and taught me several exercises to promote healing and prevent recurrence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shimon for any myotherapy services you might need. Thanks again!
I have been visiting Shimon for the past couple of years and couldn’t recommend more! Always fixes my issues and muscle tightness from the gym with the perfect amount of pressure, as well as providing different tips and tricks to do at home. I always leave feeling released and so much more mobile! He’s also super flexible for when I need those last minute appointments.
I injured my back Disc Buldges in January 2020, and had been going to regular chiro appointments. Was then recommended ‘Sports Myotherapy’ from my chiropractor. Completed a 6 month program going 1-2 times a month and less as things improved. Best thing I could have done for my back. I felt immediate pain relief, confident, and ready to start back at exercising. After 12 weeks, I had reduced pain, better movement, and back doing all the things I was before my injury. I believe that this place has made all the difference and I couldn’t recommend this guy more. Such a friendly guy, that was all about helping me achieve my recovery goals. If you have any muscle or back pain, or any sports injury do yourself a favour and get into this place.
Shimon is the best Sports Myotherapist I've been to, and a true expert in his field of practice. I've travelled interstate from Sydney to Melbourne to have him heal me. Shimon gets down to the root of a problem quickly, and with only one or two Myotherapy sessions I always feel like a new person again.
Shimon is a miracle worker. He’s very intuitive and knows the body so well. The best part is, he wants to assist you and educate you on managing things on your own. Highly recommend, thanks Shimon!
As a amateur distance runner who covers 50+kms a week, my body often require some assistance in order to keep me running… Shimon has become my goto therapist and his magic allows for me to adhere to my strict training regime and improve my performance week on week. Beyond amazing - highly recommend.
I run marathons, triathlons and do Ironmans. Shimon is excellent and really understands the body and is invaluable with recovery but also advising rehab excersizes to prevent injury. Would highly recommend!
