Taube Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in St Kilda East, serving St Kilda, Windsor, Elwood, Prahran, Malvern, South Yarra, Elsternwick, Caulfield, Toorak, Armadale, Brighton, and surrounds. I am based in Australia. Fully equipped with elegant modern Pilates machines and set in a relaxed and beautiful home environment.

Taube Pilates is a unique retreat where movement and wellbeing are seamlessly integrated in a holistic approach to Pilates.

Taube Pilates Offers:

Private sessions – one to one (or duos) booked at a time that suits you

Private webcam/pilatescam sessions

Trio sessions – book in for scheduled pilates classes on the timetable with two other students

Personalised DVDs – involves filming you doing a session, taught by Louise Taube, and putting it on a DVD or USB stick for you to practice with at home

All new clients of Taube Pilates are required to sign up for an initial one on one consultation.

Louise is an amazing pilates teacher. Pilates has helped my running and improve my core strength. I would highly recommend Louise. Love her style of Pilates.

Taube Pilates is great! I have been training with Louise for about 3 years, after trying a couple of other studios that I found fairly unappealing and boring. Louise has done a great job to keep me interested, motivated and improving and my back has been great ever since. The studio is really nice and the equipment is great. Classes are small so everyone gets enough personal attention and no two classes are the same. Louise really knows her stuff (and does a lot of instructor training) so I always feel like the training is right for my level and doing me good.
