We bought 20kg of Zeeba Rice on 2/11/2023 Thursday in the evening. There was a Katoomba ghee free with the rice. Since we came home late on that day we didn’t open the packet. Yesterday while opening the bag, we found a big hole on the side of the bag, which was stuffed with plastic, and the rice smelled very bad. Upon checking, we found that the Best Before date was 01/09/2023.nSo, So we called the store, and a lady asked us to call back in 10 minutes. When we called back in 10 minutes, she simply said we could exchange the rice but reminded me to bring back the Katoomba ghee. There was no acknowledgment or apology.nToday, We went to exchange the rice along with the Katoomba ghee. We then bought another rice packet, which was a bit more expensive than the previous one. We asked the lady if there was anything she could do or at least if she could apologise, as we had driven an hour just to exchange the rice. She replied, 'I don't know, I cannot do anything.' Acknowledging the mistake must be done. We won't be going to Asia Pacific Grocery Craigieburn anymore and will pass this message to all my family friends living around Craigieburn not to go to buy goods from the Touch of Asia Pacific Craigieburn.
