I went to do my grocery shopping. I asked for trolley to the front end team member named Jess she was so rude to me and denied giving me a trolley. Is that even a customer service?? If they can’t help the customers then what’s the point of working in customer service job. I spoke to the duty manager and he asked the girl to help the customers. She even didn’t bothered to say sorry to me. Doesn’t feel like going to shop in craigieburn central Woolworths again
All staff lovely beside one Indian Girl she serve me today around 11.44 at register 4 19 of April .She doesn’t have good manners and was rude. Don’t know how to say hello customer.she didn’t ask me anything .She serve me like she didn’t know how to speak, and said hello to others besides me for some reason.
Throughly impressed with the customer service provided to me by Megan. Fantastic worker and a really lovely person.
Very big woolworths store, ideally placed in a big shopping centre. It also has a battery and mobile phone recycling unit near the entry.
Great place to shop! Clean environment and friendly staff. Has lots of things to buy besides food.
