I visited this shop for the first time the other day. Being half Filipino I was so excited. Only to be asked to not go down the isle with my trolley?! How was I to shop then. I ignored them and tried to shop. I dropped a drink bottle out of my trolley and put it back in my full trolley. The shop owner came over from behind and pretended to go through the shelves. Making me feel like she thought I was stealing. I was asked again to not go down the isle?! Got to the register, I said your isles are so small. The shop keeper then complained that if she doesn’t pack more things in then she will have to close. But you know what no wonder why you don’t get much customers. Your customer service skills are unprofessional & not welcoming at all! I will not be returning. So embarrassed to be treated like a thief by my own kind!
Toooo exensive, ripping up customers. I wont recommend to go this shop. Prices are double then the other asian groceries shop.

Both the ladies today were so lovely & so helpful, I think it was the owner but she is very warm and friendly and caring! There is a big variety of things & I got everything I needed. Will definitely be coming here again! Thank you for your wondering services
Your one stop shop for Filipino and Asian food and condiments. Prices are reasonably cheaper than nearby Asian stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful when searching for items. Must visit if you haven't been to Craigieburn!
