Aldi Craigieburn was quite busy when I visited on Saturday, but overall it was a good shopping experience. Even though there were a lot of people, the store was well organized, and it was easy to find everything I needed. The aisles were tidy, and the staff were working hard to keep things moving smoothly at the checkouts.nnPrices were great as always, and the store felt clean and well stocked. I didn’t mind the crowd since it shows how popular the store is. I’ll definitely keep shopping here.
We lodged a formal complaint about repeated intrusive bag checks involving our shopping bags, and head office apologised.nDespite that, the same issue happened again today at Craigieburn around 3pm.nWe’re happy to comply with visual checks, but staff 'RETA' repeatedly tried to handle/remove items from our bag.nWe’ve now lodged a second complaint and asked management to ensure checks are done respectfully customer opens/handles the bag; staff don’t reach in.
I have never ever been treated as rudely from a staff member in any store in Australia as I was treated this morning. I left the store speechless.nIt is like the staff members know they can behave that way knowing there will be no complaint raised against them.
1 star because you don’t stock strawberry Big M anymore, the other 4 stars for Brandi for working hard. Bring back Big M.
This store always has what i need and i can always quickly get in and get out. Beyza helped me find what i was looking for promotly and with a smile. Great customer service!
