Wrong barcode... Charged full price and when I spoke to guy who turned out to be manager - Christian, did nothing and said it's different product... Waste of time! Wrong item in the shelf and then did not honor and being rude!nnYou buy trusting the price written on shelf and then it doesn't match... Sometimes customer put items here and there, but when entire row is filled with a same coffee as in the picture, it's not customer fault..!
When i use self serve i dont like the staff approaching me..nnam i do that scanning this firstnnMy goodnessnnLeave me alonennAlways harassing customersnnThere is no system and i dont have to.listennnTo how im scanning.my products at self serve..nnMaking customers.the honest ones.feel like criminals .nnI dont have to be ordered and instructed and be told what to.do. and how im doing it and what should be scanned.first.and then have the staff stand over the machine ..over.mennStopnnThis is the only coles.that wont let you shop in peace without being approached .nnCant stand some of the staff , other team members are ok but its just a handful of trying to be the police and act big and tough when they are nobodies.nnHave no problems.anywhere.else. with.any1nnIts like.border securitynnBeing watched like.a criminal
I have been meaning to write this for a while now however I finally got the girls name, Ameenah! Whenever I’ve shopped at Cole’s Craigieburn I’ve had the kindness of Ameenah always chatting to me and asking how my day is. She is always smiling and happy! She interacts with my son also who now looks out for her when we go! She is a great young lady and when I don’t see her I get sad. She’s very kind, I hope to see more of her in the future!!
Today I went to Craigieburn Coles with my friend who uses a wheelchair. I was purchasing a few items for myself in the self service area. My friend's wheelchair must have been blocking the way for other customers as the self service supervisor asked ME to move my friend out of the way.nWhat gives people the idea that other people in wheelchairs can't be spoken to directly!! So disrespectful. My friend is quite capable of conversing and of moving her own wheelchair.nManagement: please train your staff to think before they speak.
At the bakery very nice stuff but lots of birds flying on the cakes bread and food this was shocking nPlease do same thing about this ASAPnFor health care too and thanks
