I can almost always find everything I need, from fresh produce to everyday essentials.nnThe store is kept tidy, and shelves are well organized, which makes shopping a lot easier. It can get quite busy on weekends, but the team handles it really well and keeps things moving.nnOverall, it’s a great Coles with good service and quality products. Definitely one of the better supermarkets in the area.
Today around 2 pm there was a girl Indian at the self serve that’s why it’s called self. Serve ,,,if you need help you ask for it if you don’t then you continue and she said I have to put this through and I said no don’t touch it please. I saidnwatch me and she said no. I’ve gotta put it through. I had three people with me and they said this is ridiculous. What’s going on? And then I said I like to touch my own food I don’t want anyone’s hands on it. that’s why it’s self serve. If I need help you can stand with me and I’ll call you and she said no. I have to do it and I said excuse me. Don’t touch the product that I’m buying when I went to put my products through. She insisted ran up to the register pressed it and I said what did I say and she said no I still have to put it through and I said go away please and I had three people with me and all of them shook their heads and said this is terrible. This is self serve. it’s bad enough them holding the bags touching their face their mouth and holding the bags and also touching our producers as well. Please can the manager please look into this. It’s absolutely disgusting you should be able to only touch your food not other people that touch their mouth eyes and then go and touch your shoppingnand waters and everything else she can look as much as she wants stand by me but when you say don’t touch she shouldn’t touch it you’re buying this product not her!!!,, Thanksn she didn’t give me her namenSorry
Staff members doesn't care, had a shopping there last Tuesday, one night fill boy sitting on the pallet other one pulling the pallet. Terrible Self check out area no much space.
Staff are 10/10 not a dig at them just Cole’s itself raising the costs of everyday produce and then selling them mouldy raspberries,blueberries and coles brand bread please take care when selecting your products
Wrong barcode... Charged full price and when I spoke to guy who turned out to be manager - Christian, did nothing and said it's different product... Waste of time! Wrong item in the shelf and then did not honor and being rude!nnYou buy trusting the price written on shelf and then it doesn't match... Sometimes customer put items here and there, but when entire row is filled with a same coffee as in the picture, it's not customer fault..!
