Poor customer service. I reported leakage in coconut water packaging to the Manager, what I recall his name was Andrew and his reaction was extremely rude,with an attitute of ''I DONT CARE". He suggested not to shop from there and walked away when I was still talking to him which was just unacceptable.

We often buy our veggies here, but we had a bad experience lately. My wife is about to pay the veggies we need, she wants to use my card to pay but was told that she can't use eftpos as there's a minimum purchase required. She accidentally tapped the card on the eftpos while trying to call me and the cashier scolded her for that, but as a customer my wife shouldnt be treated that way, my wife felt humiliated with that incident.
Now we want to avoid that market as much as possible, most staffs are not friendly and sometimes can be snobbish to customers.
