How this store is never stocked with anything I’ll never know , honestly this store is a mess and has very limited stock a lot of the time in the produce leafy green section and the freezers are somewhat empty a lot of the time , I highly suggest going to a different store , the staff can be some of the rudest I’ve ever come across apart from front end they’re lovely don’t dare ask anyone on the floor for any help as they seem to be annoyed at the fact you’re asking , they leave boxes all over the floor and it’s dangerous
The staff at this store rock! They are always polite, super helpful and will always go the extra mile.nnI have been going here forever and i cannot recall ever having an issue with staff. The store is dated and i do not care!!! When service exceeds your expectations you know you are shopping where you should be.nnThank you wonderful staff at Safeway Craigieburn Plaza!!
If someone wants to be served by a human, don’t direct them to self service. Please educate staff on how to treat customers properly.
Cheers to the young staffs at woolies , got bread sliced as I request them at counter , but disappointed when senior staff member said she wouldn’t do it , why not , they always do it at woolies bakery if ask them to sliced the bread loaf as no body was there , staff at counter stepped up and did it for me, instead of praising him for doing good customer service,senior staff said I wouldn’t do it ?? You need learn from .
I bought Brioche buns on May 16th with an expiry date of May 7th the buns were available in woolworths 9 days past their expiry date. Luckily, I noticed the expiration date after arriving home and managed to replace the $6 worth of buns. It makes me wonder why there isn’t a more efficient process for handling expired products. Hopefully, the management team will review this and do the requirement improvement on handling expired products.
