JB Hi-Fi

The customer service here is deplorable. Most incompetent, careless, condescending and useless staff in a retail store I've experienced yet. It seems that people are hired in the store based on who they know, and not merit - and it shows because they don't know anything about the products they're selling. I think the place needs either better management or some brushing up on some very basic customer service skills (which includes not actively avoiding the customer you know is waiting for your help)

Shocking service, seems the floor staff are more concerned about chatting to each other about who has the better man bun hair style than approaching a customer. I waited over 10 minutes and not 1 staff member even said hi. I then waited in a line of 3 people at the counter which also took close to ten minutes as the counter staff girl [dirty blonde hair, medium length] looked lost, like a deer in the headlights and was extremely slow, I feel a potato on a stick would have been more useful and quicker. I would have got her name but seems not one staff member wears a name badge which makes it hard to figure out who is actually a staff member or customer. 25 minutes later I finally had a staff member [another man bun hipster] try to help me out but didn't really have a clue about some products. The only person that seems happy was the security guy at the door. Won't be back that's for sure!!

staff are great. of course their hands are tied by what JB Hi Fi polices are but they always try to help out if they can

There are too smart idiots. Trying to fool down customers. Dont ever go there but somewhere else. Not polite. Not helpful. Just want to sell stuff but no after market service even after the next day of purchase. Worst customer service experience i ever had.

Went in to in today to ask about my phone that was playing up , so was originally served by a red head guy with beard that spoke to me with the most condescending tone , he told me that he would help me shortly but continued to type on the computer, then kept me waiting for 10 minutes to be noticed by Tamara who's is new ,she was very helpful and told me to go to the front desk to further assist me ,as i got the front desk the girl serving me (short blonde hair with brown tips) was literally Infront of me and refused to speak to me and would refer to me in third person and relay questions through Tamara rather than ask me she was very passive aggressive towards me ,i have been a long time shopper with JB hi Fi Craigieburn but today i was treated so badly, i do not ask to be treated like a king but just with a little respect is what i want, i don't know if it's something i did ,said, the way i look or spoke offended the staff but i am so shocked as how everything was handled today ,Tamara told me she was new and she handled everything professionaly and treated me with respect im very happy with how i was treated by her besides that was very disappointed with everybody else , definitely will not shop there again
