I dealt with Ryan to change my service to Telstra and get a voucher for a new iPhone… he made the process extremely smooth and easy and has a wealth of knowledge and experience which was apparent in his explanations of the services. He was also very friendly and relatable. Just what you want out of a customer service representative. Would highly recommend this store for all of your phone and phone plan queries and needs.

I came in yesterday and this lovely girl served me. Her name was vanessa and she was very accommodating to my many questions and was very helpful. I came to buy a phone and she assisted us well and got along with my kids. Very lovely girl.
