Today 23_10_2025 3:30PMnThe staff were unprofessional, rude from the moment I walked in.Especially the managernI bought a vacuum cleaner and they told me it has a two-year warranty. After a year it stopped working and they didn’t return it. They are playing with the buyer. I do not recommend buying anything from this place. The manager speaks to me with mockery and says things that are completely reckless. Unfortunately, I believed them and this will be the last time I go to this despicable and dirty place, as dirty as the people in this market specifically.
Extremely Disappointed – JB Hi-Fi CraigieburnnnI had one of the worst customer service experiences at JB Hi-Fi Craigieburn. I originally went in to check if the JBL soundbar I purchased last year was still under warranty. The staff member at the counter assured me that yes, it was still covered, and even told me that although they no longer had the exact same model in stock, I could bring it back the next day and they would organise the next upgraded version for me. He even gave me a price and clearly stated they would honour it.nnThe next day, I went back with the soundbar and the receipt — only to find that the staff member I spoke to wasn’t there. The team on duty suddenly claimed they had no idea about the upgrade promise and told me the only option was to send it away for assessment. I agreed to that part without any issue, and they told me they would get back to me in the next couple of days after figuring out which staff member made the promise.nnNo one ever contacted me.nnI followed up for the third time, calling the store to ask for an update. Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation given to me twice, they simply hid behind, “Well, you signed the repair paperwork, and it takes 2–6 weeks.” The lady on the phone even admitted that I had been given incorrect information—for the second time—but still offered no solution, no accountability, and no support.nnThis whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was misled, ignored, and then blamed for trusting what their own staff told me. I expected far better from a major retailer like JB Hi-Fi. I will definitely reconsider shopping at the Craigieburn store again.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the products we were interested in and demonstrated excellent product knowledge throughout the process. His professional and attentive approach made the experience easy and stress-free. We were very satisfied with the level of service received and would confidently recommend Angelo and the Craigieburn JB Hi-Fi store.
Just did a purchase for my self and my lttle participant from here and the staff was amazing. Especially Kaitlyn was super helpfull as she listened to actually what i needed and got me an amazing discount for my participant and later on the store manager was even more helpful to resolve my replacement issue, thanks again, greatly appreciate it
Yesterday i was waiting 1.5 hrs to be helped in store you are standing waiting near computers the staff dont even approach was told when i found someone that could help me wait around and il get someone from electrical to come out an hr went by neesedbhelp in finding what computer was best for my son as i had no idea what to buy thennonce i chose one to buy thry had me waiting over 30mins just to bring computer to the front so i could pay they said there was stock and when i became annoyed i asked is my computer coming that i want to purchase they said we onlt have one left and its floor stock we cant sell it to you i was shocked id waited so long for help so long for service and to purchase it only to be told after a very long while of waiting thry vant sell it to me no help was provided what so ever barely anyonr comes out to help you other local branches have much better customer service never again......
