IGA is a great supermarket that offers a wide variety of products. The quality of the products is excellent and the availability is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well-organized. I highly recommend IGA to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
I had an appalling service by an elderly lady at the Meat section. On 16 May at 3:30 PM.nnI had received a number ticket of 23 and had lost it while doing other shopping.nnWhen it came to number 23, I raised my hand and no one else did.nnShe immediately started berating me for not having my ticket and spoke to me like I am deceitful and a liar.nnShe started to argue with me in a very condescending tone. I asked her to call and ask for anyone who is number 23. No one responded.nnShe then skipped me and ignored me. And to get another ticket despite there being many other people behind me in the queue.nnThis lady single handed it is causing you to lose customers.nnI drove from a very long distance to shop as I know this to be a good place. Not anymore.nnIf you don’t fire her, you will lose many more customers. The arrogance I experienced is something I’ve never faced before in your store.
The meat price is super economical. They just need to organise and tidy up a lot to make the experience more pleasant.
dirty store with horrible customer service, staff are incredibly rude at the registers no hi or ‘how was your day’. take your shopping elsewhere.
Different varieties of food/vegetables available, friendly staff……but butcher area is always busy, waiting can be 10/15 minutes sometimes, it could be be better.nAlso, when you walk in most of the times there is very strong smell of smoking especially when you walk towards frozen food section as if people smoke inside. I wonder if management/staff knows about this.
