We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey from Realway Toowoomba. We went to look at a property to purchase from them, and although we did not get that particular property, we met Tracey at the open home and from there developed a relationship that would lead to her going above and beyond to find us our first investment property. To attending inspections for us, to fantastic communication and help throughout - she has been outstanding. She has helped smoothly with the process of finding us a great tenant and every step of the way getting the house ready for leasing. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Grace & Chloe who have been nothing but super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the team at Realway. Thanks guys!
We have just recently purchased an investment property in Toowoomba and were guided towards RealWay Property Partners. Amy Armfield is our property specialist and is extremely professional and above all friendly and easy to communicate with as are all the property management team we have communicated with so far. Amy made the rental process easy and simple and all done online. I feel she has been very thorough and has dealt with all the issues needing completed in a timely manner before a tenant can move in. We recently sold our house in Toowoomba with Elliott from Realway Real Estate. Elliott was fantastic, his communication with us throughout the process was great. He kept us informed of numbers through each open house and where potential buyers were at with their decisions, questions and pros and cons on the property. Being out of town sellers he when beyond expectations with little jobs required on the property and co-ordinating the best people to carry out these jobs. His knowledge of the market at the time of selling was spot on and we receive the price we were expecting. Elliott and his team were a pleasure to deal with, they went beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend them.
They are an unfair and unprofessional agency, the welcome you see from them at the beginning is completely different when you when you decide to end the lease with them. . We have lived in the property for seven years during this period, three real estate agencies have taken over the management of the property, the last of which is this agency, we have been earning the satisfaction of the agency and the owner in every routine inspection. However, when we decided to leave the property, their policy changed and they began to procrastinate in returning the real estate deposit to us and taking it away by various means and arguments in order to satisfy the owner. They are an agency that does not care about the rights of the tenant as much as they care about the satisfaction of the owner even though they know that he/she the owner is not right. Yes, this agency is an agency that procrastinates to get the bond value from you even if you're right. I have dealt with a lot of agencies, but they are the only agency that has taken away our right rental bond completely. I have recommended to everyone I know not to rent any property they manage.

From the initial consultation to the closing, Matthew’s communication skills were outstanding, keeping me informed at every step of the process. Matthew’s negotiation skills secured me a great result, standing out in comparison to other agents in Toowoomba. Choosing Matthew Barr as your real estate agent will ensure not only a successful transaction but also a personalised and professional service that goes above and beyond. I had a very difficult situation and a lot of hurdles. Nothing in my selling process was easy and he rose above it all. I will continue to use Matthew’s services in the future
I rented a fully furnished two bedroom part home in Toowoomba. Apparently only one bed is needed for a two bedroom home. When I moved out six months later I paid professional cleaners. They were told to go back for additional cleaning. Apparently existing damage is my responsibility. I still have no idea what the hold up is as I haven’t been informed. The original report basically ticked every box as needing attention. I was also billed for two weeks rent after the lease expired. Over two weeks later it has not been refunded. Don’t rent from this mob.

the most cruel way possible that they can force you out without a reason. No extensions with loads of bills after moving out even though you have it cleaned properly. A month before the end date, we requested an extension as my 3 year old son just came back from the hospital for 2 weeks. They just outright refused and when we requested again they told us it was too late to request an extension and when I reminded them that we had requested a month before, they just denied that we haven't talked to them about it. We had the place cleaned with a professional cleaner including the carpet and they told us it needs cleaning again. They want us to pay for cleaning twice. AVOID AT ALL COST.
I would like to recommend Alicia Tanner as an excellent property manager. She has managed our units over the last 2 years through some trying circumstances. I have found her to be very competent and easy to deal with. I wish all property managers were this good!
