McAdam and Turnbull Realty

Shockingly rude and unprofessional. Me and my mother were told that having a dog on the property would be okay when we first moved into our rental, and that the owner wouldn't mind. The form had simply said that if you want a pet, you have to apply for one. They then handed us a form to apply for a pet and said it was okay if we have him there. We hadn't yet applied because we had yet to register our pet with the council, but our agent said that it would not be a problem. But when the owner came to fix the fence, it turns out he did mind, so he switched agents and fired McAdam and Turnbull. On the 15th of February, I got a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional phone call from Bronwyn Evans, the Manager, in which she spoke down to me and said: "Don't lie to me Yasmin, do you or do you not have a dog!??" In which I answered yes, we do have a dog. She then proceeded to verbally abuse me in a demeaning tone of voice thanking me for what I'd apparently done and telling me that "You'd better start looking for a new place too, we've been fired and they probably won't renew your lease!!" and then hung up on me before I could say anything.

Bronwyn and the entire team at McAdam and Turnbull make dealing with a real estate agent a breeze! It’s refreshing to get such great customer service!

I would recommend it,i have a good property manager, but at the end of the day it depends on whom you are dealing with. I was never happy with the reception staff, not a good experience. Have no respect for customers.
