When we left the house they demanded we bring the 13 year old house that we had rented for 1 year back to new condition even though we had about 50 photo's from when we entered showing the holes in the wall , the dirty cupboards and roaches and flies everywhere. Refused to return the bond money until we paid for everything . Do not deal with them.

These guys were frustrating to deal with. We were never provided with a screen door key when we moved in to our rental and despite asking for one numerous times, six months later we still do not have one. We found them very unprofessional and unresponsive. It was also frustrating that the only way to avoid paying fees when we paid our rent to these guys was to pay by cash. Not recommended.

If you want to be bullied and harassed then PRD will be perfect for you. They have to be the most unprofessional and badly managed business in Toowoomba. The property management section is a complete joke where aggression and intimidation tactics are used frequently. It’s pretty obvious why they have a bad reputation around town. Avoid at all costs. Rent, buy, sell with someone else that can actually do their job properly and not drive people away.
